The Al-Mutabagani Health Services was established in 1983 as Healthcare Services Management & Operations Company. The Al-Mutabagani name has been synonymous with healthcare in Saudi Arabia for over a quarter of the century and encompasses ownership of hospitals and clinics; management and operation of government hospitals; and comprehensive operational management of Oil-Industry Emergency Care Clinics.
